TurboDork: Turboshift: 22ml: Cold Open

Instead of doing a cold open to introduce this turboshift, we are just going to jump into its description.

Cold Open has a subtle shift from a cobalt blue to dark turquoise. It's perfect for things that go bump in the night.

Note: Cold Open must be used over a black basecoat to see the shift effect. If used over white, it appears white.
